Pictures of Cumbernauld during the ages, note the Centres interior,
did it really look out of sorts in the 80's and 90's? I think it actually represented
an environment with (at the time) modern and decorative facilities, albeit the
outer exterior leaves an after taste not quite desirable to the contemporary eye.
If that is all that Cumbernauld is guilty of, then surely everything that orbits and
grows around the centre cannot be cast with the same Architecturally inadequate stone.
